Beer style Pale Ale

Amarillo saw the light of day back in 2009. We first brewed it to celebrate our seventh year as a brewery. It became an instant hit and we have continued brewing it ever since. The beer is sin­gled hopped with one variety – Amarillo. We find the beer to move towards red berries and oranges in taste and aroma. The beer is copper coloured with medium body to carry the rather distinctive bit­terness.
