Beer style lager

A dunkel, dark lager, has clear malt flavor and tones of bread, caramel, chocolate. To create the original style, we have chosen to brew our Hedemora Dunkel with Munich malt and caramel and roasted malt. The beer is cold fermented, so that the fruity notes from the fermentation will not take over. The Tettnanger hops give the beer bitter but also a floral aroma. Oppigård's Heritage Collection is a series of classic beers where we go back to the roots and brew beer of a typical character. With Oppigård's Heritage Collection, we want to manage a beer cultural heritage, in Hedemora's way.
