Beer style Pale Ale

Single Hop Ale is inspired from a trip to UK. We visited a hop farm and got to try several differ­ent beers and hops. Oddly enough we fell for a beer that had been single hopped with a hop variety from Slovenia. As the name suggest this is a single hopped beer. The hop variety Celeia together with quite a bit of wheat malt renders in a light and easy drinking beer with floral notes. The body is light with a light to medium bitterness. The beer is continuously hopped during the boil but the lion part is added late in order to preserve much taste and aroma from the hop.
