This is a fairly new style of beer called New England IPA/DIPA. The aim is a big and juicy mouthfeel that incloses the hopflavors. It’s light in colour with lower bitterness than your regular Double IPA. Utah DIPA is profoundly hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Cashmere. The beer is highly aromatic and flavourful.
